Abstract

ABSTRACT
This research was conducted at Culik Perbekel Office, Karangasem district. This
study aims to analyze work motivation strategies to improve employee
performance. The number of samples specified was 5 employees that had been
agreed upon and listed in the organizational structure of the Culik Workshop
Office. The data analysis technique used was data reduction, data presentation,
and conclusion drawing. The result is that work motivation is very influential on
improving employee performance, this can be seen from the results of interviews
conducted with informants, it can be concluded that employees at the Culik
Workshop Office have achievement motivation, but interpersonal skills training
has never been provided, therefore in completing tasks they are highly motivated
even though they have never been hindered by their previous training in
interpersonal skills.

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Kantor Perbekel Culik, kabupaten Karangasem.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi motivasi kerja untuk
meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Jumlah sempel yang ditetapkan yaitu 5 pegawai
yang sudah di sepakati dan tercantum di struktur organisasi Kantor Perbekel
Culik. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data,
penarikan kesimpulan. Hasilnya bahwa motivasi kerja sangat berpengaruh
terhadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil wawancara
yang dilakukan terhadap narasumber dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa, pegawai di
Kantor Perbekel Culik memiliki motivasi berprestasi, akan tetapi pelatihan
interpersonal skill belum pernah diberikan, oleh karena itu dalam penyelesaian
tugas mereka sangat termotivasi walaupun terhalang oleh belum pernahnya
mereka mendapat pelatihan interpersonal skill.
